Poche’ designed the Louisiana Interagency Performance Data System (LIPDS), which was used to track specific cohorts into the work force to assess the effectiveness of these programs. This system depended on data from several state agencies, so Poche' set up a semi-automation process to import, integrate, cleanse, and load data into the LIPDS Datawarehouse.
